These terms cover the website of Mike's Metals and More LLC, a custom ornamental iron shop in Tooele, Utah. In these terms, “the shop” means that business. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Information, not an offer
The photographs, descriptions, and other content on this site are for informational purposes. They show the kind of work the shop does. They are not a quote, a bid, a contract, or a promise that a piece can be made again.
Quotes and project scope
A price, a drawing, and the scope of a project require direct consultation with the shop. Call, email, or send a note through the quote form to start that conversation. Nothing on this site sets a price or a scope of work. Work begins only when you and the shop agree on it directly.
Custom iron is made for a particular opening and a particular house. A photograph of another project is not a specification for yours.
Limitation of liability
The site is offered as it is, for general information. The shop does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of error.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike's Metals and More LLC is not liable for any loss or decision that comes from using this website, or from relying on a photograph or description on it. That includes indirect, incidental, and consequential damages. Some places do not allow certain limits, and in those places the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
Fabrication and installation are governed by the agreement you make directly with the shop, not by this page. These terms do not replace that agreement.
