This policy covers the website of Mike's Metals and More LLC, a custom iron shop in Tooele, Utah. In this policy, “the shop” means that business.
Information you send
If you use the quote form, the shop receives:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you include one
- The project type you choose
- The message you write
A submission also includes the ordinary technical details that come with a web request, such as the time it was sent. Calling or emailing the shop shares whatever you choose to put in that conversation.
How it is used
The shop uses this information to reply to you and to plan, estimate, or do the work you ask about. It is not sold. It is not added to an advertising list.
Who else handles a form message
The form is delivered to mikesmetalsandmore@yahoo.com. Delivery uses FormSubmit unless the site has been configured to use Formspree instead. That service processes the submission only so it can arrive as email, and keeps submissions for a limited time under its own policy.
The site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It is hosted on the web host chosen for the shop, which may keep standard server logs.
How long it is kept
Correspondence is kept as ordinary business email for as long as the shop needs it for a project, for its records, or as the law requires.
Your choices
To ask about, correct, or delete a message you sent, email mikesmetalsandmore@yahoo.com or call 619-861-8267. The shop will honor a deletion request unless the information is needed for an active project, a legal obligation, or a dispute.

This policy may be updated when the site changes. The date at the top is the current version.
